Can you believe we are into the 3rd month of the year already? Time is flying, really. In India it’s time to say goodbye to winter and welcome spring with breezy dresses and lots of iced tea! In fact, I am doing exactly that while posting this, at the most popular beach location in India called Goa. But worry not, this month’s spread should probably give you some nice fresh SPRING-Y vibes too. It’s all floral this month, something that’s very different from my usual style. I hope you all like it.
For the monthly spread, I did away with the block calendar view to be replaced with a linear date setup to capture all the important dates/events for the month. Since 2018 is my first year of bullet journaling, I want to constantly experiment with layouts to see what suits my needs the best. So you will probably see a new/updated spread every other month.
The weekly setup is pretty straightforward this time. I removed all the additional sections which I had in the February setup (notes, next week, etc.) as I didn’t use them as much as I had hoped. But I do want to point out that the “Get done during free time” segment turned out to be very useful and I am planning to dedicate a separate page to capture that, along with any random ideas/inspirations or quotes that I might come across. I haven’t started working on it yet, but will share as and when I do.
I cannot for the love of God, find a decent template for habit tracking which doesn’t require a lot of effort and is practical and efficient. So for the 3rd freaking time I am sticking with the same template! Gosh! Help me! If you have got any suggestions or ideas, I beg you to share them. I am dying to change the look of this page! Arghhhhh! Okay, that’s enough cribbing for today. Back to the happy vacay mode now! 😛
I hope you guys are having an amazing start of the month too! And don’t forget….
Keep your face always toward the sunshine – and shadows will fall behind you.
